Job Description :
Adashi systems is seeking a project management professional with both customer facing projects in public safety and internal scrum and Agile software development experience. The successful project manager will be comfortable operating in a startup environment, showing ownership and drive to achieve customer and company software delivery objectives. The PM must be effective at prioritization of workload, balancing of demands, ongoing prioritization of goals and objectives, skilled at problem solving and helping teams succeed. The PM will be capable of leading internal teams to refine critical processes used to develop and deploy software, and also skilled at driving customer projects to completion. The PM will be experienced creating workshops, presentations, training, communicating, and assisting customer and internal teams with communications and processes. Additionally, the PM will help drive Project Management compliance, including metrics, Lessons Learned, project reviews, and adherence to processes and methodologies.
Basic Requirements :
5+ years software project or program management experience, preferably in public safety software
Highly effective communicator and organization/documentation skills
Bachelors Degree
Experienced with Project Mgmt tools and processes
Experienced in documenting requirements, processes
PMI certification a major plus
Experience managing and leading Agile software development teams
Experience or background working in Public Safety (preferably Fire agencies) with 911 Emergency Communications, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, or Mobile Computing strongly encouraged
