Maintenance & Support Policy

Organizations with active support receive unlimited technical support and software upgrades. Do you have the latest version of Adashi? If you’re an active customer and want to update your system, contact the Adashi software support team and we’ll send out the latest version on a flash drive.

Our Community Forums and Knowledge Base are available for all to use.

Software maintenance and Adashi software support is included at no charge for the first twelve (12) months after license purchase. After the first year, the annual price for software maintenance and support is 20% of the license price then in effect. Software maintenance and support includes:

  • Unlimited telephone and email access to Adashi technical support engineers during regular business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET,  Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • New releases of your licensed products via download or USB, including product enhancements and updated documentation.

Software Training

 Software Training is available to all Adashi users. Web seminars, online guides, and support videos are also available. All Adashi products are designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use to minimize the need for special training. However, every public safety agency has different needs and requirements.
